Ticking Time

Ticking Time
Time to just sit. Time to do nothing. Time to think. Time to cherish. Time to rock and to roll. Time to dance, jump, and shout. Time to make it count. Time to eat junk. Time to work and time to play. Time to pray. Time to celebrate. Time to mourn. Time to laugh. Time to help. Time to gain and time to lose. Time to spend. Time to create. Time to make. Time to remember. Time to forget and forgive. Time to let go and time to hold on tight. Time to sail, to fly, to float. Time to stay and time to go.

So let’s go! Take the time, make the time…set it aside. Once gone, it is gone. Whether I cram everything I can into a single moment or waste it on nothing, it will be a moment spent by me…another flicker in my life. Time is tickin’ so let’s take it. I will not tell you to spend it wisely…sometimes its good to waste a little on nothing. This is the day, the hour, the minute, the second to just do it! And of course there is a time for everything~Ecclesiastes 3:1-8.

8/30 Today I am grateful for time

Today I will spend my time
Creating and cleaning, cooking, washing and watching,
writing, looking, snapping, and clicking…and simply enjoying!

Sounds like you have a lovely way to spend your time today.

Sometimes I will wish for time to do nothing. Then when I actually receive it, I can only sit there for about 30 seconds. I have to keep moving. My hands have to be doing something all the time. But that's okay, because that's how I relax too. Relaxing for me is not sitting in front of the TV... unless I have a project in my hands. Haha!
