The Fullness of An Empty Cup
A beautiful cool and brisk Sunday afternoon after church with nothing to do except relax…All is calm, all is quiet…slow and easy. A peace was found in the morning message... a talk-it-over-with-Jesus moment. A stillness of peace was reached. We chatted, shook hands, hugged, smiled, and welcomed. We sang with the best voice that He has given us and meant every word expressed. Children were saying the Ten Commandments from memory! Isn't that awesome!!  Praises were offered and thanksgiving was felt. Now the afternoon is spent reflecting… not questioning anything, for I am full. Oh the simple joy of that kind of fullness. My cup runneth over,
not with tea or coffee or even milk, but with contentment and gratification.

7/30 Today I am grateful for this special kind of Fullness.

"…The love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God."
~Ephesians 3:18-19

Today I am full of:

Peace
Good spirit
Satisfaction
Happiness and pleasure
Relaxation
And even good ole Mexican food…Shhh…

My cup is not empty
I. Am. Full.
