~~~~I'm having a GIVE~AWAY~~~~
All is calm and quiet in my house today. Holly and Richard and their 4 kitties and dog have gone back to Louisiana. I do not say they have "gone home" because it is not home to them. This is home…right here in Alabama! But all things must end sooner or later and duty is calling Richard. The house is silent except for the music I hear and the hum of the dryer which is drying a load of towels…..the sheets are next!  Now it is time for a good holiday house cleaning before Christmas sets in for the month!
 Ahhh Christmas…my favorite time of year. It’s a season of giving, fun, reflection, celebration and warmth. Jesus is the Reason for this Season! So speaking of giving….here is my give away. It’s simple really.......
 All you need to do is leave a comment here and your name will be included in a drawing on the 8th of December. This will give me time to get it mailed out in time for you to use your tags and cards. This is my first give-away so it will be things I can stuff into a flat mailer. I will hopefully progress to bigger things later on.
I just want to share something with someone…as a way of saying a special THANKS to you all for being wonderful blogger friends. All these things are things I love and they are certainly Heartfelt and some are Homemade like the Christmas tags…drawn by yours truly!  Items include a vintage hankie, hand drawn Christmas gift tags, an old card of buttons, assorted cards, and maybe a surprise!  I wish everyone could be a winner!  Good luck!
*********************************
"And the Grinch, with his Grinch-feet ice cold in the snow, stood puzzling and puzzling, how could it be so? It came without ribbons. It came without tags. It came without packages, boxes or bags. And he puzzled and puzzled 'till his puzzler was sore. Then the Grinch thought of something he hadn't before. What if Christmas, he thought, doesn't come from a store? What if Christmas, perhaps, means a little bit more? " ~ Dr. Seuss
I look forward to each day with you!
Oh is beautiful over here, as always.
And yes, that is their home. I bet Holly and Richard know that too. ; )
How simple and peaceful, to hear the hum of the dryer. It calms me.
Blessings~
